Save the mine!

A game session lasts 90 minutes of discovery, learning and fun.

For school classes

Pupils try to save the colliery from closure thanks to a chest containing a secret rescue plan. The chest is locked: puzzles let them open the padlocks. But in 60 minutes the last cage will no longer come up and the colliery will close for good.

This educational activity strengthens cohesion, teamwork, problem-solving and time management. It calls on observation, reading, maths, logic and listening comprehension, and introduces the different jobs in the mine in a fun way.

Game per class of 15 to 30 people, from year 6 of primary school. If the class has more than 30 pupils, two game sessions are needed. Can be combined with a guided tour of the mine and/or the museum.

Team building

For companies and groups of up to 90 people, in game sessions of 15 to 30 players.
